I assume those white blocks below the rail ends are to block end of rails. But maybe engineer did, but engine overshot the end. Have to extinguish fire before it burns through crown sheet.

Uhm....how do you go about rerailing that? I don't think the 5 finger crane would work here nearly as well as it works on my railroad...
