Yes, I managed to lose one of these- I have been searching and no luck on this simple, cheap part.
I don't have much atlas rolling stock so this is my first opportunity to source something like this. Does anyone have a recommendation on a source for this. I bought the hopper awhile ago and do not have the box but I think it is an Atlas O 3 rail PS-4427 covered hopper car, # 6386-1. Thanks for suggestions.

Have you tried Lionel? They also offer a rotating bearing cap truck.
Update: phone numbers on the Atlas web site do not work (hoping someone from Atlas will see this). Filled out an on line form- hope I hear something. Planning to check into Lionel now.
