Great layout, keep up the good work.
What a nice Southern Pacific layout!!
Nice layout, especially in tight space - very nice back drops - pleasant scenery. Great Job!

Being originally from California I’m used to tight spaces. 11 by 24 is about the same as 1/2 of a two car garage and that is pretty typical for California. I had hoped for more space when we moved to North Carolina but we take what we can get. The space is definitely more pleasant than a garage. Thanks for the kind words.
Terry, This is a very nice layout. Excellent work on all areas, especially your bridges. Landscaping runs together very well and its not overwhelming. I also especially liked your weathered freight cars. Again, just enough weathering to make them look real. I hope your video is just the first of many. Bill Park

I have always tried to have each scene stand on it’s own but flow seamlessly into the next. It always bothered me to see layouts where unrelated elements intrude on a scene. Sometimes it can’t be helped but it’s easier on an around the wall layout.
Terry, love the video, hope you will post more.
, Definately a two thumbs up layout.
Beautiful layout Terry! I like the uncrowded look.

If there is one certain feature of California’s Central Valley it is that it’s uncrowded. Thanks for the kind words.

I was at Naval stationed at Air Station Lemoore 1971 to 1974. It was mostly agriculture, and I think your layout captures it nicely. I hope to see more videos.
We lived in Southern California but my wife’s parents lived in Riverbank just outside Modesto. We drove up and down hwy 99 a lot. Railroad pretty much parallels the highway. I put corn at the farm should have been Cotton or some leafy vegetables. Not much corn around there..
