SP SD45T w/ps2 horn keeps going on in conventional mode

I have an MTH SP SD45 tunnel motor with ps2 and the when I run it in conventional mode the horn keeps on, my R32 subway set runs great, my transformer is a Lionel CW 80, I took my train to be tested at the train store it started it up normal, the guy at the train store said that the train should run fine

Could be the CW-80, some PS-2 don't do well with it. G
