I was putting a finish coat of enamel spray paint on a building.   A swirling gust of wind came up for a couple of seconds & was gone, but the result was red paint specks on my plastic specks (lenses).  Up until last year, I always had glass lenses, so I could clean them with anything.  I'm sure I could not be the only one this has happened to , so how do you clean plastic lenses without any bad effects?
Thanks for any help.

UPDATE 4/27/20
I got ahold of my local eye care clinic today and after they did some checking, this is what I was told.
Since these are regular prescription plastic lenses I can use alcohol wipes.  I don't have any & was told Isopropyl alcohol (she thinks  ) will work.  Since I worked with highly polished mirrors in the past, several "soft" items were used & we found Kleenex brand non-scented tissues were the softest... They left no scratches or smears.  I have used Kleenex tissues since on my lenses all these years with no bad effects.
It took several Kleenexes & Isopropyl alcohol and a lot of whipping, but the job got done.  I wonder if I took the lenses out of the frames & gave them an alcohol bath if that would be easier?  I don't plan on a next time.  I have a glass lens pair just for any kind of potential damage to them.  I was lazy & didn't change them.  Live & learn.
