Picture #1 brings back a memory:  "T-men, G-men, revenooers too, lookin' for place where he made his brew.  They was lookin', tryin' to hook him, but my pappy kep' on cookin'... PSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!  White Lightnin'!"

Sorry.  Nostalgia strikes at strange times and in peculiar places.

Forgot to ask...

Years ago, in our area we had Bulls with those type of horns meandering the area. We

referred to those creatures as 'Woods Cows' but the most interesting thing was that these cattle were descendents of the cattle the Spanish had brought withem when they came exploring to the New World. I know a cow can't be a bull but that is what we called them.

And if they came after you, you ran like you had a pants full of yellow jackets in your britches.

I did not want to start a whole new thread for just one pic.

Here is a quick shot from the west side of the layout where I was just working. I am jumping around working on scenes. The mine (on left) is essentially done, but I want to clean it up before showing progress photos. This shot looking East and in the distance you can see the thru truss bridge and the church from earlier progress photos
