I am not able to get sequence to work in my 844 or my gs4 so I assume they do not have it. what is the first engine to get the full blown legacy control including having the lights go out when shut down. Also has lionel fixed the abilty to move a legacy engine when it is shut down. this should not be.

sequence started in late 2011. haven't tried moving an engine after shut down.
Your engine will move when shut down if addressed and told to do so...just like in DCS.
Yep, both DCS (at least PS2) and Legacy locomotives will still move if you ask them to after shutdown. They just won't make any noise doing it, they're in stealth mode.
