I'm trying to get the SCARM creator to add a 90 crossover to the MTH track selection. He needs the dimensions though and I don't own one. Does anyone know the dimensions of the MTH 10-4006 Standard Gauge Crossover? If you have a prewar crossover, it might be the same so I'd be interested in that measurement also. Thanks for your help.

The outside rails are bevel cut and meet at a 90 degree angle, so the track width calculations are known and equal to the width of the track. Do you also need the base dimensions?

George, I think he needs the lengths of the pieces of track that project out from that center hub.
Yep that's right. Maybe someone can confirm, but I think these are always designed to the length of a standard track section so that it doesn't change the geometry of the sectional track system.

I know from seeing layouts here that Jim Z has a crossover in the center of his layout. Maybe he can measure it and let me know? Thanks.
The rails on the number 20 lionel 90 degree crossing are 11 3/4 inches long not counting the pins...just the rail length.
Excellent, thank you!
