Does anyone know how many add on
passenger cars were produced for this set?

I believe I have 7 originals, but I bought 2 extra with names I already had just so I could rename them to the missing 2 cars. I'm not saying they never produced the 2 missing cars, but I was away from the hobby for a brief time and I never did find out if the complete set was made, so I just purchased spares cars to relabel. I believe that there is a cattle car that is labeled as a "Reindeer Car".
If you need more info, I can check tomorrow to see which cars I have.

As of July 4, 2022 I’m looking for Rudolph, Dancer & Vixen. I’ve found the others. We’re you able to purchase the labels for the extra cars you purchased or did you make make them?

Haven't done relabeling at this point. I was more interested in acquiring the cars. Hopefully that will be a fall project for Christmas. Check the auction sites. I thought I saw a Christmas car recently.
