Subway platform and raised track?

I am thinking of making an elevated level track and have that be a subway line. What would the best way to do this? Also is there a raised platform available. The track would be small. Probably an oval on a 5x9 table

I am in the process of the exact same idea .......using Gargraves track and scratch building the stations
