Doing some spring cleaning and got one my closets rearranged. All but 6 of the locomotives fit in here.

If I had a closet that looked like that, the wife would kill me!
My wife is simply pleased that they got into the closet and out of the spare bedroom they were taking space up in!
The sad part is that none of those beautiful locomotives are displayed. I remove everything from the boxes and leave them where they can be seen. Some in cabinets, some on shelves, some on or near the layouts. At least, Scott should be pleased to see all those Sunset boxes. Enjoy them, Jon.

One of the best looking closet remodeling projects I have seen.
The workmanship is outstanding.

I like to look at my collection - sometimes while brushing my teeth or something. But the collection got out of hand about a quarter century ago.
I have display shelves in two rather large aircraft hangars, one bedroom, the garage, and the train room. All are on display - yet, once in a while I see something and think " I didn't know I had one of those!"

That will be the next house. Already planning for someplace with acreage to support an out building for the trains, my music studio, and other hobbies. In the meantime, I do pull them out and operate them when I can. This is also a bit of a portfolio as I worked in some capacity on every one of the locomotives shown.
In the meantime this set is sitting above my desk at the office pending replacement of the front pilot with the supplied 2 rail one and a TMCC reset.
