Sudden loss of sound premier 0-6-0

I have a PRR 0-6-0 Steam Shifter. I think it's a premier model. The sounds suddenly stopped working. Went into menu, made sure they are turned on and volumes are up. Tried another speaker. Nothing works. Any other ideas before I send it in for repair? Thanks, Dave
