For those that are not aware Sunset/Golden Gate will be producing the Norfolk and Western Powhattan Arrow and The Baltimore and Ohio Cincinnatian Passenger sets. I look forward to both.

I am hoping Scott will do the most popular/most moldeled 50's Powhattan cars without the wind deflectors and skirts on the N&W cars so that the blue Pocahontas cars can be produced  which have never been done in O scale.  It will also be nice to have the Cincinnatian Cars that don't have the names mispelled. Stephen,

Both set names of Sinsinatian cars will be made. Probably the set with Pebbles Corner will be the more popular.

OK then, you just miss out on all the information posted. Had you used the search function, here on the OGR Forum, you would have located the information, but then you would have had to spell "Powhatan" CORRECTLY!

Zing!

Stephen,

I hope that I am still around when the Arrow cars come out, if for no other reason than to read how you will nit-pick them to death. Maybe by then you will take as much pride in the way you spell as you do in getting every little detail correct!

"Wind Deflectors" was mentioned. With diaphragms between the cars, why would wind deflectors be needed?

I was of the opinion that they were cinder deflectors, just like on the top of the locomotive cab.

Anything N&W and painted blue is of no interest to me, no matter who makes it.

Big Jim. You should know better that the cars would not be better than the OMI cars. At least in 2-rail they would not have the CLAW couplers and the Pizza cuttter wheels. And by the way they have been called wind deflectors by other NWHS people because they deflect the wind with the cinders in it. As for the Spelling a friend had a business that spell it that why and that is a habbit that I continue to make. The blue is of interest to me as I enjoy all. Thanks.  I am suprised you would be over here on the 2-rail forum. Did you you see the light?

The idea that Pebbles Corner will be popular is funny as anything....

We live within 1/2 a miles of there, it once long ago was a thriving place with a massive movie place, night clubs, and restaurants. Today, even with millions of dollars of investment into the neighbourhood it remains a high crime area with significant drug related activities.

Just based upon having cars with our neighbourhoods, I might have to purchase these. -- Does the Pebbles Corner set also include Walnut Hills?
