The Louisiana Chapter of TCA Train show is at the 1st Baptist Church GYM at 325 Pine St. from 9am to 4pm Saturday 3-1-2014. Cost $5.
The train show is part of The Ponchatoula Trade Days and Crafts Fair about 1 block away. Ponchatoula is near Hammond, LA 30 miles east of Baton Rouge via I-12.
The more the merrier, and great for kids.

You guys should have it in the spring during the Strawberry Festival being as Ponchatoula is/was the Strawberry Capitol of the World!
Wouldn't that also put it in crawfish season?
It may be hot down there but you can't beat the FOOD!
The spring show is during the Strawberry Festival. I have added some pictures from the March 2012 show. Thanks for the comment. Mudbugs are plentieful in the spring!
These two TCA shows are now my main train show fix around here. The drive to Mobile, Houston, San Antonio, etc. are now too expensive and too far for the poor luck I have had there lately. I find the local TCA shows better to buy and trade than the Gatts, Greenberg etc larger and mostly HO and new stuff shows now days. Years ago they were better.

How many Forum guys are there in your area Charlie?
I used to live in Mandeville years ago and made all the shows for quite a few years. George Kosanovich was our service tech (Service Station no 224) when we had the hobby shop and he maintains it still.
