What is the difference between Trainsounds and Railsounds, and did or does Lionel make a tender with just a whistle and bell sounds?

Trainsounds is a lower feature version of Railsounds, and is common on the starter sets, like the NYC Flyer 0-8-0. it uses a single "channel" for the chuff, whistle and bell, so they don't overlap and play at the same time. The chuffs are not synchronized wiuth the smoke output, but there is a cam on the front wheel of the tender that controls the chuff rate.
But, like Railsounds, it does have limited Crewtalk and there's a switch to shut off the chuff to make it Signalsounds (whistle &bell).
