Terrific OGR Christmas Issue

While I have more than enough trains and two layouts as soon as I saw the cover of this issue, I felt like a kid again..What a terrific variety of coverage of this hobby, and I read it from cover to cover more than once. Its easy to take a magazine like this for granted, but I think OGR is the backbone of the O hobby and I hope it remains so for years to come..

No, subscribers receive it first. I received my issue today. Two perks for subscribing -

1.) subscription price cheaper than newsstand price plus no sales tax charged.

2.) Subscribers receive magazine before it appears on newsstands.

Only possible downside (and out of OGR's control) is my issue, though shipped in a clear poly bag, was badly wrinkled with cover abraided beneath a tear in its polly bag provided compliments of the monoply endowed U.S.P.S.

But overall, subscribing to OGR is most definitely a win-win deal on many fronts!

BTW, a terrfiic review by George Brown on RMT's GG-1!

I usually, buy my OGR single issue at a time, at Barnes and Noble as I have their discount card.

As soon as the holidays pass I am gonna subscribe.
