I wanted to see how a video looks when you have the phone tilted to the side during filming. Also testing my mini tripod.

That is the only way you should be making videos. Tripod is always welcomed.
Thanks for the feedback guys!
NICE 😉
You should ALWAYS hold your phone horizontally when shooting video. Look at your TV screen. Is it vertical or horizontal? In order to fill the screen with video, you must shoot with the phone held horizontally.
Your video is very well done. A tripod makes all the difference. You might consider getting the camera just a bit lower if you can. Makes for a more realistic view.
What Marty said. If you don't believe us, just ask Rich. Very nice video.
Nice job Jim! Layout looks great too! Always heard good things about your layout from the guys.
Beautiful job showing off the great layout and your trains!
More..... More!!
I never have figured out how to use the forum software for a direct upload of a video. I always have to upload mine to YouTube, then embed here.
???
Oviously, I'm missing something.

Perfect! No Vertical Video Syndrome.
Thanks for the comments folks! For some reason I thought if you hold the phone horizontal you end up having to tilt your head to watch! I hope to set up and shoot more as COVID has put me ahead of my layout project curve. There’s no replacement for having a hobby such as this during these times!
Looking good Jim , just need some PRR stuff for that layout !!!
