A year or 2 ago I was offering a semi-kit of resin cast sides, ends, and a roof to build a small 4-wheel trolley body that would drop over a Bowser mechanism.  Well, there was a picture of this trolley in the current issue of OST, but I took it a bit further, did a bit of weathering, and a few more details....just so you know that that semi-kit actually can be assembled,

What did you use for brooms?

Thanks, Lee!  I have 2-3 more Bowser drives on hand so I need to come up with a few more ideas, but the sweeper was a car I just did not have in my MoW; guess I could make a smaller snow plow, too.

Brooms are just bottle brushes cut down to length; available for lots of scientific lab supply vendors and come in all sorts of sizes. Just have to be careful nipping them to length - have to secure the bristles in the twist wire near the ends with some CA otherwise they fall out when you cut the wire.
