I just picked up the Vette from Bruce's Auto Body this afternoon. There is a story, but I'll save that for QS&L. One more day of work and a stop at the bank for a few Benjamins. 

 

Gas and go at O' dark-thirty on Thursday.... I look forward to seeing everyone there.

Made it to Pennsylvania last night.  Got to York bout 9:30 this am.  Been on my feet shopping.  The hotel shows have dramatically changed since my last visit in 1999.  But still an enjoyable time.

"and so the car is loaded (with my toothbrush) and I am not."

 

That's good.  I'll give you more advice:

My ride is packed TIU's and remotes to get updated. Chips, crackers, cheese, peperoni stick. and empty bags to hold the TRAINS!

 

I am bringing an old friend from Philly who collects postwar and Dept.56 stuff, he is very excited because he has never been to York this will be his first time. yesterday he tells me his wife wants him not to buy to much because there is no room in the house, he is not so excited now. knowing him he will be gracious and tote the wife around with him, but he will get what he wants anyway.
