The "Jerni Collection" to be auctioned

Maybe this is old news, but I see that collection will be at auction as individual items at Lankes in Germany, Part One [ 1500 lots ] at the end of November. I'm somewhat surprised nobody from, say, Japan, stepped up to the plate to buy the entire shebang. Oh well.

Wow thanks. I saw the collection at Southbys a few years back and at the NY Historical Society last year. The NYHS thought they were getting it. Hope I can figure out how to get a catalog for the auction.

Look at the bottom of the first page of the English version and you'll see a line stating that a hard cover copy of the catalog can be obtained for 60$US + shipping.
