The light in the Track 1 side of my Z-4000 went out.

I was running a small oval with a MTH 2-6-0 NY Central Diesel, and 4 car consist, when the light on the powered side of the transformer went dark. The train continued to run, the transformer readouts showed power going to the track. Is this as simple as replacing a bulb, or a sign of a larger issue? Some more information, the transformer has less than 100 hours total use, and at the time was running an O-31 and O-42 oval.

If you’re referring to the big red and green lights on top, my green light comes on, but the red light is usually off, except a brief flash dying startup. I have 2 Z4000s. They both behave this way.
