Does anyone happen to know if all your accessories and switches currently configured with the DCS hand remote,
have to all be reentered with this new IPAD system coming out?

The initial DCS App will not control switch tracks or accessories. The upgraded version, due out next year, will.

There's no way to be sure at this time.
It's possible that MTH will have a way to load a clone file into the app. If that's not the case, it may be necessary to load switches and accessories manually.
Not to hijack this thread, but will (or when will) the new "app system" be able to control TMCC engines? Thanks,

The final app should do that.
This is what the answer I got from MTH.

While the initial app will not allow you to run the TMCC engines another version that will be coming out in the first quarter of next year will have this capability.
