This is getting easier... (PS-3 Upgrade)

I now have a second PS-3 upgrade done-this time a Railking USRA 2-8-8-2 Mallet which had only a very basic sound system (no PS-1/no chuff).

The second one was much easier.

I realize that I still know nothing yet, but am trying to learn.
