youtube got in trouble by the ftc and now everyone that posts on youtube including all model train makers can be at risk of being fined 42,000 dollars PER VIDEO

lionel alone has 140 videos and if they get fined 42 grand for each video in doing the math thats a total 5,880,000 dollars
that might put them out of business
mth could face 8,400,000 in fines
who knows what other traintubers could face

That said, the printed or online published word requires much better writers/editors than the current "let's just get it out there" mindset crop.
