Last Fall, I purchased a Reading LC+ GP-7. After about two months I had to send it to Lionel for service. Unfortunately, it returned with a broken shell. So they asked me to return it to them for repair. It came back to me in the same condition it was when I received it from their service department. So another call to Katie, in the service department. She asked me to send photos. A few days ago I received an email from her stating that they were sending me a complete new locomotive. It arrived today.
Thanks to her persistence, I am happy once more.
