Everyone needs tinplate cacti for their Std Gauge layouts. Picked up a few of these tea light holders this morning at the 99 cent store.

Those are cool! May I ask which 99-cent store?

They are called the "99 cent only stores". HQ is in CA so I'm not sure where all they are located. This is the same place I got my tin palm trees a few years back. 99 cent only is now a lie, many items are more now. I will look at another store and see if they have any. I bought all my local store had.

Don't worry about it. I am not in California. Visiting soon, maybe I can find one in the valley when I am there.
Nice scenic accent. I have always admired the palm trees that you have on your layout. It's amazing the different sources that you can find for things to use with trains.

Denyse picked up 15 of them in the Eastvale store and then they were sold out.

I got 11 of them, that cleaned out Yorba Linda.

I’m not surprised Jordyn likes the flamingo, more her style. She didn’t want the pineapple also? Do you need any of the palm trees? I can add some to your box.
