Does anybody remember TIN PLATE REVIEW put out in the 1960 & 1970 era.It was a handwritten and sometimes typed. It was published by Allen Short (editor) out of  Augusta, Maine. I have nine copies that I found cleaning my trainroom. They are loaded with lots of info and buy & sell items are great.      If anyone is interested, let me know, just pay postage.
