I thin the Fire company was made by RichArt - 80s/90s and the model of Alexander's barn at Yardley was made by Sunset Trains and Toys, Jerry Loman. Jerry is still making lithographed items - I'm not sure the exact year he made the barn. Someone here will likely know.
The fire station was made by RichArt. I did not recognize the barn. I am not sure that Jerry Loman is still making trains. I know Jerry sold his collection a few years ago, after relocating to northern Michigan, and that his website is no longer active. Jerry likely made that item sometime between 2005 and 2015.
Jerry is still making trains. I don’t think his website has been updated in a while.
Has anyone seen or heard of one of these selling or at least know what their values might be?

As I recall, the barn was offered by TCA (or maybe ED) around 2016 or 2017. I think the original price was $125.
