TIU/TMCC/Legacy connector cable | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

TraintrackOGR Forum Member DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

MTH has 2 cable systems to connect TMCC to MTH (50-1018) and TMCC-Legacy to MTH (50-1032). My question is: are they the same cable? See attached copy from MTH's 2004 and 2011 catalog.

No, they are not. The 50-1018 only works with TMCC. The 50-1032 works with both Legacy and TMCC.
