When I got into Command Control, I upgraded to a ZWC using channel 1and 4 for my isolated loops.
I also kept my block switches so I can isolate spurs on the inner loop.
When in Command mode, my TMCC engines cross over seamlessly from inner to outer loop.
I can also run my conventional trains on either the inner or outer loop using the ZWC as a Powermaster.
And I can also run multiple Tmmc engines on one loop and a conventional engine on the other.
But it just occurred to me as I am doing less modeling and more running lately that I am not sure how to cross over from inner to outer or vice versa in conventional.
Since I am using channel 2 and 3 for lighting and switches, setting up the ZWC for single lever control is not a viable option.
Any ideas for a workaround.
I considered setting up a Powermaster and IDing it as TR1.
Using a DPDT switch I would not have to worry about accidently double powering a loop.
But not sure how likely a Powermaster and a ZWC would actually sync.
I assume that I would at the very least need to use the same size brick on both the Powermaster and the ZWC. Is there anyway to program the ZWC to sync just two channels instead of four.
Or any other creative solutions?
Thank
