Finally found the long sought after Napa Valley Diner Car Item # 6-15549. Have been searching for this for the last 8 years. Found the complete set in the box including the diner car. Has the most unique sound set of any of my diner cars.

Great find!! I purchased the boxed set, the 2-car add-on AND the station-sounds car (all sealed) from a dealer quite some time ago for a steal; he had the entire consist so I had to have it. I have yet to run it but after seeing your video, now I'm eager to unbox and run it so thank you for sharing.
It is a beautiful set. I was lucky to find the entire set new in the box as well. In two years we plan on riding the train when we visit California. Enjoy your set, of all my many sound diner cars in my collection this one is very unique, and my be my favorite lol.

I was THRILLED when Lionel produced this set. I've done the Wine Train and I will say this: You will NOT be disappointed AT ALL!! It is an amazing experience to be had more than once...
I can't get enough of these sound cars. I'm into double-digits at this point; a must have for each of my consists. The Halloween ELX one is a goodie too, very unique in appearance and sounds so they're definitely neck-and-neck on the uniqueness scale.
