Has anyone been successful tracking their repair on the MTH website? I've entered my RA # and other required info on their site and keep getting a message saying the RA # is no good but I confirmed with MTH it is good.

MTH confirmed in a previous post that this part of their website does not work right now. You will have to call.
That's odd. I believe you but I had an MTH technician on the phone with me while I tried to track the RA# so I wouldn't have to call in the future and he didn't understand why it wasn't working. MTH should remove the feature or have a note posted on the website.
It is back working today, I just checked on the status of a repair that I have at MTH.

I just tried it again on two different computers and it worked on both of them. You might try clearing your browser cache and history to make sure you aren't picking up old webpages.
Update -- I just tried it on my ipad and it works there also using the safari browser.
