I don't know how far you are willing to travel and how late in the last week of November you will still be there, but if you will be around on November 29 or 30, and you are willing to drive to Pittsburgh, the Carnegie Science Center's Miniature Railroad and Village re-opens on Friday Nov. 29, and that evening is also the opening night of Kennywood Park's Holiday Lights display (they have fireworks the first night, weather permitting) which among other things includes a large layout by the Pittsburgh Independent Hi-Railers. Kennywood is about a 1 hr 45 minute drive from Warren, OH (according to Google maps).
You could hit the CSC during the day and then do Kennywood at night. An additional train-related bonus to visiting the CSC is that they are playing both the Polar Express and Rocky Mountain Express in their Omnimax theater (they offer a discount if you see both films, or at least they did last year). Rocky Mountain Express is absolutely fantastic - it has to be seen to be believed!
