Trainfest, America’s Largest Operating Model Railroad Show is the show of shows. Coming down the tracks this year, Trainfest has invited small cottage industries to join the 110 manufacturers and hobby dealers who will be on site. These expert craftsmen have created businesses based on their modeling passion; from building to scenery, electrical work to operations. 2015 brings an expanded offering of clinics a full listing and pre-registration are available at Trainfest.com.
With all the new manufacturers, there will be something new for everyone – from beginners to experienced modelers. Come to enjoy and learn from amazing craftsman, the best the hobby has to offer, and meet other modelers who share your passion.
New this year, Trainfest is beginning an exciting tradition of “Celebrating a Railroad” by sharing memories and photos, partnering with historical societies, and modeling that road. Trainfest 2015 will be celebrating the Chicago & North Western System in conjunction with the C&NW Historical Society.
