trainman vs atlas o

I wondered if a trainman line say rs-3 using tmcc is capable of the same slow speed ability of the regular line of atlas o. Some years ago i purchased a gp-15 trainman line and it had no slow speed capability at all. Fast or slow that was it so i sent it back for a gp-9. I was hoping the technology has improved......anybody ?

The Trainman locomotives do not have cruise control.

The GP-15 and RS-3 have the same electronics package.

They did announce a couple of York's ago that all trainman locomotives would have cruise. Don't know if that has been done.
