I went on their website and ordered 2 ea. BCR's for my PS1 engines, and never received an email confirming my order or shipment. I tried calling during the open business hours posted on their website, and the recording stated there were closed.

According to the website, they're closed today. Probably due to the east coast snowstorm.
I can assure you they are very much alive and well. I was just there two days ago. 
As Jake mentions, I'm sure they are closed today for the snow. Virtually everything here in the D.C./Baltimore area is closed today.

It's because of the snow. I live about 8 miles from them and we have 17" of global warming to deal with.
Everything in the Baltimore Maryland area is closed is closed due to the storm. Most stores, restaurants, malls schools, and of course the Government is closed I would check back tomorrow.

Looks like we're getting ready for round 2 here in Baltimore so things may be closed again tomorrow. They've already cancelled schools for tomorrow. Glad I don't have to deal with it anymore.
