Love the new details it comes with.

The quoins are the only way the cover the angled seams. So far looks great!

Very nice, Andre!
Looks very cool!
No rounded end? I thought that was a prominent feature of the Flatiron Building?

Making it unique.
Andre.
Will that be the height or will there be sections available to make it a taller inner city building?
Jerrman
Nice work so far!
Peter
That is beautiful. Doesn't even look like a model. Looks like a building on a Chicago street on a summer day. Very impressive. Keep up the good work. Bravo!
Hi Andre
looks great !!!
Whats the foot print ?
Alex
Hi,
The footprint is 6.00" x 7.00" x 1.50" but we are evaluating the final dimension as well as the height.
the compact but still scale foot print give a better solutions for reduce areas, so we are really thinking to make it as three story instead two.
Andre.
So many little spaces where something like this would fit! What a useful idea!

SOLD!
Looks great so far!
Makes me want to walk around Lincoln Park checking out the bungalows on my way to a Cubs game. And I'm a SOX fan! Just too cool. With the brick and stone details. And the front door. You certainly have a ton of talent. Must be fun using it. That is good stuff. All your stuff. Cheers, BK
Handsome, indeed. Already! Like a new-born baby that is so good looking everybody knows its going to grow up to be a real knock-out!
Congratulations on your continued success at crafting such excellent kits, Andre.
FrankM.
Thank you Frank!
Last News is we decide to make it 3 story tall, with the entrance in the center of the narrow wall, keeping the round window on top.
The building angle could be changed accordingly your needs without mayor changes in its configuration.
Here is the diagram showing the rear entrance position in case of A or B configuration choice.
thank you
Andre.
DinOmite. When will you release it? Can't wait. Don
Andre.... Very, very nice, indeed! I can see that October's York meet will be 'expensive'!! (Par for the course!)
BTW, the blue, yellow, and green walls in the diagram are just begging those of us with appropriate shop tools to miter the edges. I imagine maintaining the face width of the 'entrance' wall (blue) would be the most important thing to do. Then, ditto the slant (yellow) wall with appropriate miter at each end, followed by square-cut trimming the side (green) and rear (orange) walls to fit.
Love the street scenes on your website, too!! Very inspirational!

Few weeks, maybe less.
Andre.
Is it done yet?

The drawing, yes, but I need to write the instructions, and due the shape have to be very specific.

Hi,
Miter the edges is an option but will make the wall shorter compromising the structure dimension.
the Quoins are covering everything so you will not notice the seams.

Thank you for the picture!

Your model is better than the picture given hence. Three stories or two, it is the attention to detail that turns me on. Like most guys, I hang in the weeds. I have watched your models evolve, and am very impressed with your devolopment. Stay true to your thoughts, you are flat on - flat iron ahead.
Andre - Are you going to add that sign to the 3 story kit?
