Trouble ordering on Menards’ website

Griff, financial institutions have recently put in place a new fraud protocal that matches your card to your mailing address that is on file with them. Any discrepancy between that information causes your card to bounce. Check with your card issuer to check which address they have for you currently. Use that address when you place an order online.

I tried changing the address to the home which is the billing address but it’s like the site keeps going back to my office one which I entered at first.

This is just a guess on my part, but it sounds like maybe Menards might have locked you out. Try the transaction on another device or shut down and reboot what your on. Last resort try any toll free number they may have. I'm in California, no Menards here...

GRIFF, there should be a way that you can go in and edit your account. I have been able to do that when I change credit cards...................Paul

Diecast Direct, a forum sponsor  has a few Menards products online. I'm  can't  believe  the website  won't take your order. 

Thanks - the phone numbers may be my salvation. I sent the an email but no reply as of yet.

Ok I started all over instead of trying to respond to their "It's not too late to complete your order" emails, which. Made sure to use my residence address from the get go. In the middle of it the site changed the expiration date from the correct one back to the site's example. However after fixing that - twice - with trembling finger I hit the Submit bar... And it went through!! Finally.
