Truck won’t move

Hey guys, new to the forum . I have an issue. I have an MTH premiere o gauge locomotive with proto 3. The front trucks won’t move the rear do but not the front. I’ve lubricated the gears and make sure they’re clear of debris. Any suggestions?

Take the shell off and try turning the motor manually. If it moves without resistance, your control board may not be connected to the motor. If there's resistance, you may have a bit of scenery material or lint jammed in the gears. If the gears are greased, the lint will pick up the grease and be hard to see.
