At the last TCA York show, I purchased from Korber Models two new front wall kits.  These are the newly acquired Pecos River tooling.  What I like about these kits is that they are modular and you can build the kit to fit the area that it will end up at.   Both were painted with Rustoleum textured paint in tan to give a rough concrete look and then lightly with flat black to dirty them up a bit.

The two kits were the Double A Plastics and Kendall Manufacturing.

Here they appear on the layout.  The loading dock was scratched built.  The windows had

frosted glass spray applied to them so the wall behind them would be less noticed.

Good work.

I just wish that someone would make modular wood structure kits like this. I model a very rural area and a brick building would look way out of place. I need to make at least one flat and there's no kit out there like that which would look right. I've already bought the stripwood and window/door castings to scratchbuild what I need...

Thanks everyone for the comments.

You are spot on with the modular nature of these, you can do a number of configurations that make the really flexible.

Yeah, these are really nice.  Glad you picked up this line.  I love now that I have a mix of brick buildings and concrete buildings along the wall.
