Does anyone know what's going on with the Lionel replacement parts website? I tried to place an order a few weeks ago that seemed to go through, although I never received an email confirming the order.
I submitted the order again yesterday and it seemed to be submitted correctly and an order ID was displayed on the final screen, but again no email confirmation.
I just tried calling Lionel support (at about 2pm EST this Friday), but received a message that I have called them outside their normal working hours which are Monday through Friday from 9-5pm EST. (huh?)
I'm trying my best to give Lionel my business and money, but they just don't seem to want to take it.
