Don't know if anyone has started anything for Monday, so here is Union Pacific Monday a PW 2023 AA unit, along with a dummy U.P. that I picked up for about 30.00 bucks. Great running engine well built horn works along with magnatraction, wish they kept this alco style around. HAGD Mark

No need to be sorry Don.
It would have been a shame not to have seen the Marx UP locomotive. No big deal to lose track of the days .........just don't lose the TRACK.
WOW Don, that Marxs UP engine is older than me! I didn't even know they made model trains back then! Very cool looking, I just might have to keep my eyes open for one just to have it!
Mike, wonderful UP trains! It's a good thing you have that old Big boy to pull that DD35A! LOL Great videos!

Down in Utica, NY we have a Union station and back in the day it was a huge rail yard not much left, they filled in the turntable that was a shame, The round house is still in use but as another owner non rail, Changes and history gone. nice post

Mark I was only around 3 years old when they retired I never got to go in the plant. Anyway back then Kids never could do something like that too much liability. I had several friends that used to work there I should have took advantage of them working there and toured the plant. One of them just retired there he worked on the Thermoking Reefers the stories he would tell about working on the Army Reefers were very interesting how they dismount and mount them.

Great looking UP scenes sir.
I've worked with those heavy RR ties in the past...........I would not want to get the guys in the white shirt and the one with the tie on his shoulder mad at me.
Here's a video I just shot of my Lionel UP PA AA's pulling a string of MTH cars that have been upgraded with Gunrunnerjohn's great LED electronics. The many passengers are enjoying a nice ride around the layout:

Good news for you is that they have. Lionel has offered them in many road names in their LionChief Plus line of trains.

"30.00 bucks" .......not sure if that is a fair price for a dummy but it sure is not as a ridiculous price than what can be found on one of the auction sites .
