I agree. Midge is great but she has to do too much. They need a system like Lionel has for their parts. Just about all the parts are online with pictures. You can order online easily and the parts arrive in a week. Mike Reagan did good. MTH needs to learn from this.

MTH has all the parts to make some more upgrade kits up except for the plastic tach reader bracket. They filled back orders on the upgrade kits for well over 200 folks. I needed to order another diesel kit last week and just had them ship me the kit minus the bracket as I have several of them in stock. Otherwise the kits are on hold until the brackets come in shortly. Any other repair techs if you need an upgrade kit and already have the bracket let Jeff know and he will take care of it.

Maybe I'm having the difficulty ordering because I'm not an MTH technician?

It sounds as if you've already ordered your kits. However, since there's a part missing from the kits, they are only available to MTH authorized techs who request an incomplete kit.

 

When the part comes in and the kits are complete, yours should be shipped.
