What kind of upgrade are your looking for? PS3?
all you have to do is look up mth tech website and all the asc tech that do upgrades will be listed

Looking to upgrade a Premier ps1 Daylight steam to Ps3

Can you solder, follow instructions, and have a grounded anti static mat with wrist strap? If so you could do it yourself. Kits aren't hard to install, just time consuming. I'm currently installing a PS3 steam upgrade kit in a GS6, which is similar to the GS4 you have.
I just installed a PS3 kit in a Premier ATSF Hudson. As you can see below it's not that bad. Shortening wires and wire routing are the hardest part.
