If there is room in the Veranda Turbine with 4-motors why couldn't it be upgraded with an ABA master/slave kit? Master board for the front two motors, slave for the rear two motors? Why would the kit care if the motors are physically located in one shell or two shells?

Should work. MTH is scheduled to ship their new Veranda in May and it has 4 motors.

Problem is getting a slave kit for an ABA. Last I heard they weren't even available. Wanting an upgrade one had to go for two regular "A" upgrades for an ABA.

Slave kits have been out. I got two and one is now owned by Gerry Morlitz.
I got a couple combined kits; a master conversion and the slave; saved a couple of bucks as there apparently were some parts which didn't need to be doubled.
Be nice if they made an upgrade kit available sometime after they have concluded this new run.

Especially if it is PS3. But I would be surprised to see PS3 upgrade kits anytime soon.
So just do it..install the master/slave kit and be done with it.
