Uses of a 3362 Helium tank dump car

Hi,

Just curious to hear about how folks utilize the 3362 Helium Tank Unloading Car on their layout. I have one and I am trying to figure out how to utilize on my layout as an operating car. I guess I could pick up a plasticville factory.
