Remember, the granite industry was the force behind the first railway in this country. A solution to transporting the granite blocks from Bunker Hill Quarry in Quincy, MA down to the Neponsit River, so they could be floated to the site of the rising Bunker Hill Monument in Charelstown.

No but I’ll be looking for it next week. I wouldn’t want to be one of the guys on the floor as granite blocks are flying overhead with straps holding them!
