Hey folks,
I never new the drivers where 90 degrees offset. Leaned something new . She's pretty just took her out of the box.

What do you mean by "synced"? Do you expect the drivers & rods to be exactly the same on the left and right sides? On real steam locomotives, the left side is 90 degrees "off" from the right side, otherwise it wouldn't move!
Please explain further.
