Warranty Registration Process

In the past month I have bought $900 worth of MTH Premier Amtrak diesels. I have tried numerous times to register my products using the MTH Warranty Registration Process. I scan the receipts, upload the scanned receipts to the indicated website and every time I get the same Error Message. I have yet been able to register either of my engines.

I sent a message to the MTH contact address but so far no acknowledgment of my inquiry and no response.

Am I the only one who is having problems with the Warranty Registration Process?
