Weaver anthracite set

Hello everyone,

A friend of mine showed me a set he bought for his son in 1995 or so. It is a Weaver GP38 with a set of three or 4 cars - a tribute to the anthracite coal miners. It appears to have been offered by some organization. I have never seen a set like this. Can anyone give me some info on this set?

Weaver made a lot of short production runs and commemorative pieces. So some pictures of what you have would be very beneficial.
